We will focus on:
- Are all stakeholders happy and engaged, and would you rehire all of them?
- What are my RIGHT seats and do I have the RIGHT people in each seat?
- What are your core values and do you use your core values in hiring and contracting the right people?
- Do I have the best talent in the market for the pay we provide?
Come ready to explore the answers to these questions and how you can make changes in your business now!
Agenda:
- 8:30am to 9:00am – Check-In, Coffee, and Socialize
- 9:00am – Hard Start
- 12:00pm – Lunch (will be provided)
- 5:00pm – Happy Hour and Socialize (drinks and appetizers will be provided)
- 6:00pm - Conclusion of Learning Day and Happy Hour
