About the event

EO Boston’s Executive Masterclass is the biggest learning day on our chapter calendar, and this year it focuses on how revenue actually gets in the door - how people come to know you, what keeps you in front of the ones who aren't buying yet, and how the ask gets made when you're not the one making it.

A sharper answer to "so what do you do?"

Ushi Patel runs a strategy and design studio out of Austin, where she has spent years on a question most of us avoid: why some people get remembered and others get politely forgotten. She has 35,000 data points on it and a method she calls Seeing Me. You'll walk out able to say what you do in a way that sticks with people - which matters just as much when you're hiring as it does when you're sitting across from a buyer who's also talking to two of your competitors. Her site | Sneak peek

A way to stay in front of buyers who aren't ready yet.

Devin Reed built the content operation at Gong through its run from $20M to $200M in revenue, and has since done the same for Notion, Clari, and Wiz. Only a small slice of your market is looking to buy today. Devin's session is about the rest of them - how to stay in their heads without living on LinkedIn, and how to build something that keeps working once you stop paying attention to it. A sales conversation your team can run without you.

Klyn Elsbury has a long history training sales teams at construction, trades, and manufacturing companies, and she came to the work the hard way - born with cystic fibrosis, one of the oldest people alive with it, and very good at negotiating with people who told her no. Her line is that we don't get what we deserve, we get what we can negotiate. None of it is pushy. It's how you take people who are already good at the work and get them comfortable with asking for the business. Her site | Sneak peek
