About the event

A few years ago, AI was a tool you experimented with. Now it's a teammate you have to manage - and most of us are still working out the difference.

The last time Ethan King ran a session for this chapter, AI was already doing real work. It just looks completely different now. What you used to drive prompt by prompt can run on its own overnight - which raises two questions worth a full day: how do you put that to work, and how do you let it act without handing over the keys?

That's the day. The prompts, and the circumstance.

The morning is Ethan King and another installment of his AI Beyond the Hype workshop - building a digital team that works while you sleep. Less theory, more "here's what you set up and how." It's hands-on, so bring your laptop. This is the prompt side: what you can get AI to actually do.

After lunch, Chuy Cepeda takes the circumstance side. PhD in AI, co-founder of Sovra, and his keynote goes straight at the part most people skip until something breaks - how to let AI act on your real work safely instead of crossing your fingers. His Fortress framework is about governed autonomy: the structure that lets you trust an agent running around the clock. Better instructions won't get you there. He'll show you what does.

Then the mic goes to the room. The AI show-and-tell is where members share what they're actually pulling off with AI - the quiet experiments running inside our own businesses that are too good not to pass around. Luis Cortés moderates: EO Boston member, EO Global MyEO AI Champion, and an organizer of the EO Global AI Summit.

One day, two outside experts, and a room full of people doing this work in real time!
