“Two roads diverged in a wood. I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the difference.” Robert Frost

As leaders we are often called to take the road less traveled in order to lead with confidence, prepare for the future and make a bigger difference in the world.

In this presentation, Franziska shares lessons from her motorcycle journey around the world, combining valuable insights based on neuroscience and psychology. She started off in Switzerland and rode over 12’000km along the Silk Road to Kazakhstan with a stop at the Iranian border, where she was denied entry due to an unexpected mishap.

In this session you will discover…

  • Courage - Why courage is a skill and how it can rub off on people around you.
  • Perspective - How to gain fresh perspectives from the most unexpected places.
  • Zen mind - How to stay calm in the face of adversity and let challenges fuel your journey.
  • Travel tunes – The most important ‘mantras’ to support you in taking the road. less traveled.
  • Pit stops – The most insightful questions to ponder to prepare for the future.

Get ready for some fascinating tales from the road that inspire, captivate and motivate. You’ll walk away energized and with a newly awakened sense of adventure.

This journey also inspired her third book The Courage Map (endorsed and forwarded by Sir Richard Branson).
