The Final Whistle: End-of-Year World Cup Watch Party

As summer begins and another EO Boston year comes to a close, we’re gathering for something simple, fun, and exactly what this community does best - spending time together.

On Thursday, June 11, the 2026 FIFA World Cup kicks off with its opening match as Mexico faces South Africa in the first game of the tournament. While Boston will host matches later in the tournament, we’re using the opening match as the perfect excuse to gather as a community.

Join EO Boston members, Accelerators, Strategic Alliance Partners, Spouse/Life Partners, and guests at The Anchor in Charlestown from 2:30–6:30 PM for an afternoon watch party by the water. Think summer weather, cold drinks, the energy of the World Cup on the screen, and plenty of time to connect with the incredible people who make up the EO Boston community.

This isn’t a formal program or speaker event — it’s a purely social gathering. A chance to step away from the day-to-day pace of running a business and simply enjoy being around fellow entrepreneurs and friends of the community. Whether you're a huge soccer fan or just coming for the conversation, this afternoon is all about mixing, mingling, and enjoying the start of summer together.
