The morning kicks off inside Fenway Park’s Dell Clubhouse with Pete Nesbit, SVP of Ballpark Operations for the Boston Red Sox. He’ll share behind-the-scenes insights on leading through pressure, managing complex teams, and creating a winning culture. Afterward, you’ll get a private tour of Fenway and enjoy lunch onsite.

In the afternoon, the group shifts to Hotel Commonwealth for a high-energy, forum-style workshop that invites bold conversation and meaningful peer exchange.
