About Keynote Speaker:

Jimmy May, recently retired Navy SEAL Commander, will teach you how to ignite resilience in your organization. He will lead you through strategies he and his teams developed after intense experiences over 22 years, six deployments, and his time working as an Executive Officer at BUD/s (SEAL Selection and Training).

Learn what worked and what didn’t as May goes into raw detail about his successes and failures in leading individuals and organizations up to 1400 Special Ops Personnel from 11 different countries during the most extreme stress imaginable.

A Harvard Business School Alum and serial entrepreneur, May translates and adapt strategies he learned in the intense, high-risk world of a SEAL to help entrepreneurs build resilience in their lives.

He is currently CEO of Sushi Assassin (in-home sushi catering business), CEO of Mayday Executive Services (helping companies develop camaraderie and unit cohesion through shared intense experiences), and CEO / board member of Beyond the Brotherhood (non-profit dedicated to helping SEALS of character transition from the Teams to the civilian sector).
