On May 14, EO Boston is bringing it back.

LMFAO: Putting the Funny Back in Business is a high-energy, half-day experience designed to remind you that humor isn’t a distraction from leadership — it’s part of what makes it work.

We’ll hear from David Mammano, a serial entrepreneur who has built and exited multiple companies and now speaks nationally about the role humor plays in sustainable success. David doesn’t teach stand-up. He speaks from experience about what happens inside companies when leaders show up fully human. When there’s room for levity, people loosen up. Conversations get easier. The culture shifts. You’ll leave thinking differently about how humor shapes the way you lead — and how your presence sets the tone for everything around you.

Then we shift from listening to experiencing.

Our “Laugh Arounds” will group you with fellow EOers for unexpected, high-connection moments designed to spark smiles and real conversation. The goal is to give you the chance to connect with people you might not normally spend time with and experience EO in a different way.

We’ll close with a custom comedy show from the legendary Improv Asylum, followed by a reception at their coLAB space — because sometimes the best way to strengthen community is simply to laugh together.

You’ll leave feeling lighter and more grounded, with a renewed sense of perspective about the role you play as a leader. Strong businesses aren’t built on strategy alone. They’re shaped by the energy in the room — and the leader who sets it.
