About the event
In moments of uncertainty, stress, and risk, most of us fall back on patterns we can't fully see. That's where decisions get smaller, teams hesitate, and a lot of our potential just sits there. The question worth sitting with: what if the limits you think you're up against aren't real, but perceived?
This August, EO Boston is bringing The Rebellion Experience to the chapter - two days led by William Trubridge, an 18-time world record freediver and widely considered the deepest human alive, alongside Jordi Mullor, co-founder of The Rebellion. William has spent his career at the edge of what a body and mind can do, including a 100-meter dive with no fins and a 9-hour underwater crossing of New Zealand's Cook Strait. What he and Jordi do now is translate that into something the rest of us can actually use under real pressure.
Here's the part to pay attention to: this isn't a keynote you sit through. The lessons get lived in real time, in two very different environments.
Day 1 - Climbing & Keynote (Wednesday, August 19) A keynote and hands-on workshop at Boston Bouldering Project, where the climbing wall becomes a live look at how we respond to fear, hesitation, and control. Most people figure out pretty quickly that the climbing has almost nothing to do with climbing. No experience required.
Day 2 - Pool Immersions (Thursday, August 20) Guided breath holds with William, where the goal isn't athletic performance - it's awareness. This is where a lot of participants feel a real shift in what they believe they're capable of. No swimming or freediving background needed, and the sessions are built for complete beginners.

Each day stands fully on its own, so you can come for one and still walk away with something real. But the two together create a much deeper progression - you explore the same ideas with your head, your body, and your nerves, across two completely different settings.
The way we recommend doing it: register for Day 1 climbing, then pick one Day 2 pool session - morning or afternoon. Each piece has its own registration, so we can manage capacity, especially in the pool, where spots are intentionally limited to 20 attendees and expected to fill quickly.

Most people arrive thinking this is about climbing or being underwater. Most leave realizing it was about how they operate under pressure - and how much more they're capable of than they assumed.
