EO Boston is more than an entrepreneur network. It is better described as an experience that fosters growth, connections, and success for Boston entrepreneurs and others. In this article, we will discuss everything you need to know to become part of this exclusive family.
What Is EO Boston?
Entrepreneurs Organization (EO Boston) is a dedicated and dynamic community of over 100 business founders and entrepreneurs committed to learning, craft improvement, and transformational personal growth.
Our organization serves successful and budding entrepreneurs in Boston, MA and its surrounding regions, primarily focusing on businesses that pull annual revenues of $1M and above. However, we don’t care about the numbers alone, as we also aim to attract and nurture businesses still in the $250,000 revenue level through our Accelerator program.
What Are Forums?
A forum is an avenue through which people share ideas and opinions. At the core of this organization are the EO Boston Forums. Imagine small groups of 7-10 business owners sharing their real-life experiences, ideas, and solutions in a confidential and trusted environment.
This is what we offer through the EO Boston Forums. These forums are avenues for deep, honest, and respectful conversations that can lead to lifelong friendships and business relationships.
What Kinds of Events Does EO Boston Hold?
Throughout the year, EO Boston hosts a slew of entrepreneur events designed to cater to its members' diverse interests and needs to create a dynamic experience beyond conventional networking. So, we have a range of Boston corporate events to look forward to and laid-back, non-corporate activities.
One notable event in the EO Boston event calendar is the EO@Wharton Elevating Finance + Operation slated for March 19th, 2024. This event, which will be led by Wharton professors at the University of Pennsylvania, focuses on empowering business leaders to embrace the power of data to improve their value and revenue generation.
Beyond corporate events in Boston, EO Boston believes in creating memories, which is the reason behind the “Swing and Sip Social” that was held earlier on February 8th. This event, which took place at Top Golf Canton, MA, was an opportunity to connect, learn, and bond over banter. At the end of the day, participants were thrilled as they had fun and networked.
Acknowledging the role spouses and life partners play in the lives of members of our entrepreneur network, EO Boston also has a Spouse Life Partner (SLP) Forum Info Session & Cocktail Mixer on February 29th. This event is intended to celebrate the strength behind the scenes, providing an opportunity to mingle and build lasting relationships.
Chapter Success Stories
Our success stories speak for themselves about the benefits Boston entrepreneurs gain from being a part of our community. Take Kristin Sweeney, CEO of Every Little Word, for example.
She started her journey in the Accelerator program while looking for a way to connect with fellow business owners and learn from them. Over the past three years of her membership, EO Boston has helped her grow in her entrepreneurial journey and avoid common pitfalls. Listen to Kristin's story here.
Glenn Grant, CEO of Selfassembled Ventures and EO Boston’s Current President, has a similar story. He says that EO Boston has helped him understand his role as a team leader. Hear Glenn's first-hand account here.
